Everything was exceptional at this typical business hotel. Staff were eager to help and were very kind when I arrived. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The pool was brilliant and the garden — nice. Good value considering prices in Chester.

i have had a very lovely experience, this absolutely charming, spotless hotel deserves more than 3 stars. the beds were big, i slept well. the place was quite a walk from chester downtown. plus it was in a very attractive area.

The place was clean and stuff was cheerful. There where fabulous and absolutely gorgeous rooms with cozy beds. Coffee, Nespresso coffee and complementary tea were a huge plus.

Perfect location, great bed, fast check-in & attentive staff. We got a freshly decorated standard room. The breakfast was extensive especially fresh bread, cereals, pastries, scrambled eggs and cheese they served were excellant. It was based near a magnificent beach. Late check out too.

Top location, immaculate rooms and supportive staff. The breakfast was particularly good and offered lots of healthy food. Perfect view, a cosy balcony, lovely bed, too. Well-organised service during my decent stay. Near the beach that was sandy.

Satisfying place, spotless, excellent value. I had quiet enough twin room with coffee, a particularly good bathroom, the heater. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was KIND. The venue was close to Chester downtown.
